Whether for fear that they will look loud and garish, because they think that they will not suit, or simply because it feels like the more practical option, many women have a tendency to avoid patterned designs on their clothing altogether. The result, therefore, is millions of closets across the country filled with dresses, skirts, pants and tops which all look rather bland and uninspiring. Even when we do decide to break with tradition and go for something a bit more daring though, it can be difficult to know where to start in terms of choosing a pattern to match our style and personality. Think about the things you like
In order for us to feel comfortable wearing patterns, it is important to focus on themes which incorporate the things that we like. If you have a particular passion for flowers, for example, then clearly this would make an excellent choice.
