1) How do I place my order online?

  Placing your order online is fast, easy and safe! Just click the "Add to Cart" button for the items you would like to purchase, and then click the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button in the shopping cart. You can also press “Continue to Shopping” button if you want to buy more, and you can always come back to your shopping cart  by clicking on it (on the top right corner of the site).

2) Can I place my orders by phone?

We accept phone orders: 1-800-275-3165.  Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm PST. If nobody will answer your call, please leave a message with your name, phone number and a brief message, and we will call you back as soon as we can.

3) What are my payment options? 

Orders can be placed online or by phone using your: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. You can also place your order with a check or money order. (Please note: checks will have a 5-7 day waiting period before shipment). Please send your check or money order to:

4) Do you charge sales tax?

No we do not charge any Sales taxes or other extra fees. The price includes everything except shipping.

5) Can I place a rush order?

At this time we don’t offer any express shipping. But we are working on it, and it will be available in the future.

6) Did you ship my order?

7) How much will my shipping be?

We charge $9.75 flat rate for the World Wide shipping. You can order as many items as you want for the same $9.75 shipping charge. You will save a lot on shipping charges. We also offer FREE shipping for all orders over $75.00, and it is applicable to World Wide shipping.

8) Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? 

Yes, we do ship to APO and FPO mailing addresses.

9)Do you ship WorldWide?

10) Do you guarantee shipping arrival times?

 
We, unfortunately cannot guarantee, nor will we be responsible for the dependability and timeliness of the shippers we use. Due to unusual circumstances, weather and other factors... we can only advise that an item SHOULD arrive by a certain
date or holiday based on past performance of shippers.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days for a full refund. Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a visibly damaged package, please state the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Make sure to have a copy of it. Please contact our Customers Service via “Contact US” section of our web site us within 7 calendar days of the damaged package delivery stating your order and tracking numbers.

We will respond with instructions on how to return or exchange the damaged goods. In case of lost or missing goods please contact us immediately once you determine such shortage.

12) How long before I received my refund?

Although we will do everything in our power to credit back your credit card ASAP after receiving your return, please allow 2 business days from the day we receive your package for it to be credited or an exchange made.

13) Do you charge a restocking fee?

No, we do not charge a restocking fee at this time.

14) Do you have a printed catalog?

No, to keep costs down and offer the best prices possible, we do not have a printed catalog. You can view our entire fashion collection online.
