2) How can I place an order?

However, we are encouraging you to place your order online as it is safer and faster.

To place your order by phone, call us from 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week at 1-800-275-3165. If we are not available to answer your call, please leave a brief message with your name and number and we will be happy to call you back. We are well known for our fast and professional customer service!

3) How can I pay for my order? 

You can pay your Order by using one of the common payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. Please note that AMEX and VISA-debit cards are not accepted yet. Thank you for your understanding!

4) What is the shipping rate?

We charge $9.75 flat rate for the World Wide shipping. You can order as many items as you want for the same $9.75 shipping charge. You will save a lot on shipping charges. We also offer FREE shipping for all orders over $75.00, and it is applicable to World Wide shipping.

 5) Do you ship WorldWide?

 6) How can I check the status of my order?

We strive to ship ALL orders out as quickly as possible and most orders are shipped the second day. You will be notified by email whenever your order has been shipped.

Please make sure you check your spam folder in case you don't receive your email confirming the shipping.

The delivery time varies depending on the destination. We ship by air from Vancouver, Canada.

7) Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? 

Yes, we do ship to APO and FPO mailing addresses.

8) Are the shipping arrival times guarantied?

We cannot guarantee the shipping arrival time, unfortunately. Shipping is made via Air Mail by Canada Post. We cannot assume any responsibility for Canada Post’ performance. Due to unusual circumstances, weather or other factors we can only advise on a delivery time based on past performance of shipper.

9) What is your return & exchange policy?

Any unworn or used item bought from us can be returned within 30 days from purchase date! Just follow the instruction on this page

Please note that the original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you received a visibly damaged package, please return or exchange the damaged goods. In case of lost or missing goods please contact us immediately.

10) How long it will take to receive my refund?

Although we will do everything in our power to credit back your credit card ASAP after receiving your return, please allow 2 business days from the day we receive your package for it to be credited or an exchange made.

11) How secure are my online orders?
