DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If you receive a visibly damaged package, please state the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Make sure to have a copy of it. Please contact our Customers Service via “Contact US” section of our web site us within 7 calendar days of the damaged package delivery stating your order and tracking numbers.
We will respond with instructions on how to return or exchange the damaged goods. In case of lost or missing goods please contact us immediately once you determine such shortage.
